Cafferol

I love summer and what I love even more is summer in Italy!

The dolce vita is just captivating, from the lunch espresso to the evening aperetivo.

When I was in Milan for the World Of Coffee in June 2022 I made a symbiosis from these 2 drinks and I call it 'Cafferol'.

Here is how you do it:

INGREDIENTS

40ml Aperol

40ml orange juice

75ml strong sparkling water

45ml filter coffee

METHOD

Combine all ingredients into a glas that is filled with Ice, add a straw, stirr the drink to combine all the ingredients.

Add a orange slice as Decoration.

SO SIMPLE. SO FERESHING.
